By purchasing this course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Course Access & Completion
• You have 6 months from the date of purchase to complete the course in full, including all required assessments and case studies.
• After 6 months, your access to the course may be revoked, and you will need to repurchase the course at full price to regain access.

2. Case Study Submissions
• All case studies must be submitted within the 6-month access period.
• If case studies are submitted after the 6-month period, a £99 tutor marking fee will be required to have them assessed.
• Extensions are not guaranteed and are granted at our discretion.

3. Certification
• Certification will only be issued once all course requirements are met and case studies have been assessed and passed.
• No certificates will be issued without completion and approval of all coursework.

4. No Refunds
• All course purchases are non-refundable.
• By purchasing this course, you confirm that you understand and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including non-completion.

5. Intellectual Property
• All course content is the intellectual property of JSH Academy and may not be copied, shared, or distributed in any form without express written permission.
• Unauthorized sharing or duplication may result in legal action.

6. Student Conduct
• We expect all students to act respectfully and professionally throughout the course.
• Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the course without refund.

7. Technical Requirements
• It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they have access to a stable internet connection and suitable device(s) to access the course materials.
• We are not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end that may prevent course access or completion.

9. Training Kit

Please allow 7–14 days for your training kit to arrive after purchase.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your postage details are entered correctly at checkout. If incorrect shipping information is provided and the parcel is lost as a result, this is not the responsibility of our company. You will need to resolve any such issues directly with Royal Mail, as we are not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect address details.
